The Base Coat
Timeline Creation - $250
This option is perfect for couples who feel confident managing their wedding day but want a professional, well-organized plan to guide it all. The Base Coat includes creation of a detailed master wedding schedule with vendor contact information, a minute-by-minute flow of events, and customized schedules tailored for each group involved (including the couple, wedding party, family members, and key vendors like your DJ and photographer). You’ll receive a clear, polished plan designed to keep everyone aligned and your day running smoothly, without full coordination or on-site coverage.

The Quick Dry
Hourly Coordination - $100/hr
This option is ideal for couples who don’t need full-day coordination but want professional support during select portions of their wedding day. The Quick Dry is offered at an hourly rate and can be customized for ceremony-only coordination, partial-day coverage, or support through the start of the reception. We’ll step in to manage logistics, vendor arrivals, and timing so everything stays on track, giving you peace of mind without committing to a full coordination package. 
 
The Mani
Day-Of Coordinating - $750
This package is for the couple who's planned it all and are ready to sit back and enjoy their wedding day. This package includes 1 planning meeting, rehearsal coverage, and 8 hours of on-site coverage on wedding day. You'll communicate directly with your vendors and prepare your schedule for us ahead of time, and we'll be there to follow your plans for the big day. Additional coordination hours available at discounted hourly rate.
 
The Fill In
Month-Of Coordinating - $1,250
This month-of coordinating package is perfect for the couple who has gotten a head start on the planning and just needs a little help getting to the finish line. This package includes everything from The Mani (1 planning meeting, rehearsal coverage, and 8 hours of on-site coverage on wedding day), plus schedule creation, budget assistance, and vendor communications beginning 30 days out from your wedding. Additional coordination hours available at discounted hourly rate.
 
The Full Set
Full Service Planning (+ coordination!) - $2,000
This package is for the couple who wants it all. This package includes everything from The Mani (1 planning meeting, rehearsal coverage, and 8 hours of on-site coverage on wedding day), as well as monthly meetings with your wedding planner beginning at time of booking. We'll handle all vendor communications and create your schedule, and we'll also be there to help with your budget, guest list, and attend other vendor meetings (venue tours, florist meetings, etc.) as needed. Additional services like stuffing/mailing invitations, errands, guest list management, etc. are available at a discounted hourly rate.
 
Subject to date availability. We require a 25% deposit to secure your date and the balance is due 14 days out (both paid by credit card). All payments are nonrefundable.
